Terms & Conditions for Cancellation Policy

Upon accepting your wash and treat estimate it is the policy of Delta Roof and Gutter to require a full 5 days notice for all cancellations.This policy is enforced for all aspects of the cleaning/ roofing repair / treatment process.

If you cancel any portion of your scheduled work without the proper 5 days notice, you will be charged a fee that is equivalent to 30% of the scheduled works total cost. It is imperative that this policy is strictly adhered to; in order to insure the best possible service to our customers and efficiency within our company.
